Mochatini

An espresso martini, but make it mocha…

  • 1oz Vodka

  • 1oz Coffee Liqueur (Mr Black, preferably)

  • 1oz Espresso

  • .5oz Mocha Syrup

  • .5oz heavy cream

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously to both chill & dilute (and get some foam going), then strain into a coupe. Enjoy!

If you don’t like dairy, try coconut cream in place of heavy cream! Also, in the absence of Mr Black, I’d try St. George NOLA coffee liqueur. Less sweet that Kahula, bold coffee flavor.
