Coconut Iced Coffee
Ingredients
6 oz cold brew or chilled coffee
0.5–0.75 oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
Splash of milk or cream (we prefer oat milk for this one, or you can double down on the coconut flavors by using coconut cream)
Ice
Instructions
Build over ice, stir, sip!
Notes
Higher syrup ratio balances darker roasts.
Add a pinch of salt to round bitterness.
Try adding 1oz lemon juice, and then splitting the coffee with equal parts soda water. It shouldn’t work, but it does!
