Coconut Mojito
Ingredients
2 oz white rum
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
6–8 mint leaves
Soda water
**Optional (but encouraged) .5oz Dark Rum Float
Instructions
Lightly muddle mint with lime juice and syrup. Add rum and ice, top with soda, and stir.
Notes
No need to over-muddle mint- keep it aromatic, not bitter! For an extra minty kick, add .15oz of our Mint Syrup
Crushed ice reigns supreme for any mojito. Don’t have crushed ice? No problem. Take your cube ice, put it in a food safe bag, and whack it with a hammer/mallet. Voila, crushed ice.
