Coconut Mojito

Ingredients

**Optional (but encouraged) .5oz Dark Rum Float

Instructions
Lightly muddle mint with lime juice and syrup. Add rum and ice, top with soda, and stir.

Notes

  • No need to over-muddle mint- keep it aromatic, not bitter! For an extra minty kick, add .15oz of our Mint Syrup

  • Crushed ice reigns supreme for any mojito. Don’t have crushed ice? No problem. Take your cube ice, put it in a food safe bag, and whack it with a hammer/mallet. Voila, crushed ice.
